Mayurasana-Private Yoga by Elena Class,

I teach weekly yoga classes inWillen pavilion, Milton Keynes and in The Elgar Community Centre, Upton, Northampton. Please check the schedule underneath.

In addition, I offer tailored, one-to-one yoga classes, and  lunchtime corporate / office yoga class. Please let me know if you would like to bring yoga to your work place.

Yogic exercise is ideal for the body maintenance and is very efficient for working with the injuries. It would be quite vulgar to associate the yoga practice only with a stretch and flexibility, it is much more than this. It seems to let you discover the different parts of your being and connect them into one – your whole self. It might sound too cloche as have been abused by modern media for quite a while now. In essence the modern life pulls us to sides with all its hustle and bustle, distractions and expectations. Yoga allows you to put these bits together and stay in this connected and happier self for a while, till next session. The class will make you feel calm in your mind and lighter in your body.

You don’t need anything specific when attending my classes, as I provide yoga props. Having your yoga mat is advisible as will make you feel nicer, as being to the class with your old friend. If you are new to yoga, I can always provide a mat for you, till you are sure to invest into your own one.

As mentioned earlier, I am happy to provide one-to-one tuition or yoga classes for small groups if requested.  This can be a really good opportunity to build your confidence, develop your stamina and understand new techniques.

Our Services

Monday 6:15 - 7:15 pm

Monday 7:30 - 8:30pm

Wednesday 6:15-7:30pm

Classes are suitable for new students to yoga as well as those with more experience. I will offer modifications and adjustments, where needed, so that each student can experience the postures and can participate at their own ability. I encourage students to practice with awareness and within the range of movement available to them, providing a safe, relaxing and inclusive environment, using blocks, foams, blankets and belts.
