Mayurasana-Private Yoga by Elena Class,

I teach a variety of weekly yoga classes in Milton Keynes since 2013 and in Northampton since 2019; please check the schedule underneath.

In addition, I offer tailored, one-to-one yoga classes, and  lunchtime corporate / office yoga class. Please let me know if you would like to bring yoga to your work place.

I am able to work with old injuries or where there has been 'wear and tear'.  All yoga classes help to build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced.

These yoga classes are designed to work on the key areas such as spine, shoulders hips and low back. We use the breath to establish body-mind connection and melt the tension. And as a result, you will gain a feeling of lightness and a sensation of freedom in your body.

You don’t need anything specific when attending these yoga classes in Milton Keynes, as I will always have a spare mat and props. Please book yourself if you would like to attend the class. The payment system is very simple - Pay as You Go - with payments accepted in the end of the class.

As mentioned earlier, I am happy to provide one-to-one tuition or yoga classes for small groups if requested.  This can be a really good opportunity to build your confidence, develop your stamina and understand new techniques.

Our Services

Monday 6:15 - 7:15 pm

Monday 7:30 - 8:30pm

Wednesday 6:15-7:30pm

Classes are suitable for new students to yoga as well as those with more experience. I will offer modifications and adjustments, where needed, so that each student can experience the postures and can participate at their own ability. I encourage students to practice with awareness and within the range of movement available to them, providing a safe, relaxing and inclusive environment, using blocks, foams, blankets and belts.
