Service Description

Online Yoga Class is a steady practice close to Intermediate class. I use Microsoft Teams to connect people online. This program is very easy to install and use and lots of people are familiar with it through their study or work. Once it’s downloaded, you don’t have to worry about opening and finding the link, normally sent beforehand. I will call you in 2-3 min before the class. And even if you missed the call you still have an option to join the class once you’ve been invited.
